Terry Cuthbertson has advised Chinese businesses and government organisations in relation to mergers, acquisitions and financing and has a network of contacts in China , including businesses in the Chinese dairy and retail sectors.
Terry is a director of Austpac Resources N.L. and Open Telecommunication Limited and is a former Partner, KPMG Corporate Finance and NSW Partner in Charge of Mergers and Acquisitions, where he co-ordinated government privatisation, mergers, acquisitions and divestiture activities and public offerings on the Australian Stock Exchange for the New South Wales practice.
Terry is the former Group Finance Director of Tech Pacific Holding Limited, which was the largest information technology distributor in Asia with a turnover in 1999 of AUS$2 billion and was a Director for Tech Pacific Holdings Limited's businesses in China , Hong Kong , Singapore , India , Philippines , Indonesia and Thailand.
Peter Herd is the former General Manager of Dairy Farmers' Milk and Beverage Division where he managed over one thousand Milk Division staff across manufacturing, sales and marketing, distribution and finance.
Prior to Dairy Farmers, Peter was Regional Director, Australasia for Coca-Cola South Pacific, Division President for Coca-Cola Far East in the Philippines and Country Manager for Hong Kong
Dr Du has extensive expertise in the food and nutrition industries having held senior executive positions with organisations including Vice Director of the Beijing Institute of Food Hygiene Inspection and Examination, Professional and Administrative Official of the Department of Nutrition and Food Hygiene within the Ministry of Public Health China and Research Fellow with the University of Sydney .
Dr Du is a Postdoctoral Fellow of the Dairy Research and Development Corporation, Australia , holds a Bachelor of Medicine from Harbin University of China, an international Master's degree in food and nutrition planning from the University of the Philippines and a PhD degree from the Department of Food Science and Technology of the University of New South Wales . She has won national prizes or awards for academic achievement in Australia and China, and has published more than 30 papers and abstracts on original research in Australian, Chinese and international journals. From 1998-2001 Dr Du worked as the Director of Field Research on a SydneyUniversity milk supplementation project titled “Promotion of Bone Health in Chinese Schoolchildren”.
Mr Yan is Managing Director of BAIC Australia Pty Ltd which is the Australian subsidiary of Beijing Sanyuan Group Co Limited (“Sanyuan Group”). Sanyuan Group is the largest food, beverage and dairy company in China and is listed on the Shanghai stock exchange.
Mr. Yan also is Managing Director of Beijing Holdings BAIC Lmited (Hong Kong) and Managing Director of BAIC Scriven Limited (Hong Kong), which are the subsidiaries of Sanyuan Group in Hong Kong, Director of Beijing Allied Faxi Food Co., Ltd., Director of Beijing Sunflower Building Co., Ltd. and Director of Beijing Dong Yuan Estate Co., Ltd.
Mr Manny has extensive experience in the financial sector, initially in treasury at Chase AMP and global markets for Deutsche Bank AG in Sydney. He has been responsible for several business disciplines including, treasury, IPO project management and capital raising. Mr Manny is currently Managing Director of the Credit New Holland Group Limited (which holds an Australian Financial Services Licence) and International Concert Attractions Limited.
