Montec International Limited (ASX:MTI) is pleased to advise that Mr Andrew Teoh has been appointed a non-executive Director of the Company, effective immediately.
Mr Teoh has extensive experience in supply chain management, sales and marketing in Australia and Asia. In announcing the appointment of Mr Teoh, the Chairman of MTI, Mr Terry Cuthbertson said ¡°Andrew¡¯s experience, together with his established relationships in both the manufacturing and retail sectors in several countries provides a welcome additional resource to MTI as the Company pursues new trading partnerships to supply Australian-sourced, premium food products into China and selected Asian countries.¡±
Mr Teoh is the sole Director of TAAJ Corporation Pty Ltd which is a substantial shareholder in Montec International Limited. The sole shareholder of TAAJ Corporation Pty Ltd is JAAT Holding Pty Ltd, the Trustee of TAAJ Trust, of which Mr Teoh is one of the named beneficiaries.
